Spam in Spotify?

I’ve got a collaborative playlist in Spotify called “magnus’ inbox”, so that people I know can add music they think I should listen to (a great feature, by the way!). Today I discovered something strange while looking at its contents:

I’ve been spammed! :) So, what’s your favorite song about cheap medication, OEM software or get-rich-fast schemes?
